ReptiEye UV is one of the best artificial lighting on the market , used for reptile breeding. It offers high intensity light , heat and high UV output at the lowest possible wattage.
ReptiEye UV has up to twice the UV output compared to conventional lamps, but its light output is 5 times higher! In addition, it is incomparably more economical than a classic lamp, by more than 50%.

To create ideal conditions in terrariums, a lot of visible light, enough UV and heat are needed, only then do reptiles show us in their full colors and their behavior is natural.
ReptiEye UV has an intensity of about 70,000 lux at a distance of 40 cm, which a classic light bulb or fluorescent lamp can never achieve, if we also take into account other great advantages of the product, such as calorific value, UV output and high production of visible light, we get practically small sun.

A big plus of these lamps is their relative energy efficiency , compared to the power delivered. Most energy is converted into light, compared to other sources, where 95% of the energy is converted into heat.

The average life of the product is 8000 hours , however, we recommend replacing the lamps after one year of use to always provide the best for the animals kept.

Connection: Screw the ReptiEye lamp into the classic porcelain (ceramic) socket E27, or the luminaire, which is connected to the 50w ballast . When the lamp is "started" for the first time, it is necessary to let it run continuously for at least 2 hours to run it, otherwise there is a risk of damaging it!
